Highland

Highland Cattle make great farm animals. They are kind and gentle, and very intelligent. They are the oldest registered breed of cattle, originating from the Scottish Highlands. They also produce excellent meat, since they have two layers of hair and very little fat. Highland calves birth easily, and the mothers are very protective of predators with their long horns.
